STYLE: A high elevation tea from the mountainous interior of Sri Lanka has smooth flavor, medium body and a slightly fruity finish. Ceylon black tea is a traditional favorite among black tea lovers.

BREWING: 3-4 minutes 100degC 2.5gm or 1 level teaspoon/cup

INGREDIENTS: Black tea, OP; Orange Pekoe; a long wiry leaf.
