Yes, local pick up is possible from Clifton Springs (near Geelong) If your order has already been paid for, we can leave securely outside for you to collect at most times, just let us know when you will visit.
Absolutely! You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Outside of Australia, there may be fees and duties levied by your country. Please check this before ordering as these fees will need to be paid by yourself to receive the parcel. If parcels are refused and returned we will credit the item cost (only) once the items is received back.
Yes, OS shipping can be expensive - especially as registration is compulsory to safeguard your purchase (A. Post charges a min of AUD$24). We charge you what www.austpost.com.au charge us with $3 P&H per parcel. Heavy items can cost considerably more.

In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days for change of mind (on most items) or replacement or refund for damaged items. Please note we do not accept returns on digital items. We want you to be happy with your purchase & create a win/win situation
Please Notify us of the change of mind so we may expect your items. Pack the item well, ensuring it arrives in perfect condition. Include a note with your contact details & order number & that it is sent back for change of mind for refund. Ship with tracking for your safety & security. Once received we cancel the sale & process a refund on the purchase price (excluding the shipping cost).

On very rare occasions, we experience packing errors. Please simply tell us what has happened and send a photograph. We will be able to determine if it is correct or an error has occurred and we will solve it with you.

If the parcel has been damaged by Aust Post, please take photographs & take it to your LPO and fill out a damage form for compensation. We can assist you with advice if need be. Rest assured we are here to solve it with you.
