- Understanding what we really want - surprise, surprise, it may not be what you think
- "Discover and release" vision Boards - Specific meaning vision boards
- Creating vision boards for measurable success and events in your life
- Affirmations and mini vision boards that can be created in 5 minutes to discover what is really important in your life & then create the changes to bring success in all you desire
- "I know what I want" vision Boards - Bringing it all together for ongoing success

- Using kinesiology we delve into our own sense of abundance with awakening demonstrations as to where we are currently at and we release these blockages and begin to move forward.
- Each participant will create their own vision board to bring success and abundance into their lives.
- Suitable for all ages and skill levels.
