✦ How to Use Your Palo Santo Stick

1. Ignite the tip of the stick and allow it to burn for up to one minute
2. Blow out the flame and allow the tip to smoulder and smoke gently
3. Move the smouldering stick around the space, object, or body you wish to cleanse, holding your intention clearly in mind — spoken aloud or held silently
4. When finished, rest the stick on a fireproof dish and allow it to extinguish naturally, or press the tip gently into a fireproof bowl of sand or soil to extinguish
