How to Use Your Pendulum

Your pendulum arrives fully prepared and ready to use. Begin by programming it to your own energy field.

Hold the chain at a comfortable height — approximately three to four inches from the crystal — resting your elbow on a table. Deliberately swing the crystal in each of four directions: back and forth, side to side, clockwise, and counterclockwise. This introduces the four possible responses to your subconscious mind.

Once established, ask your pendulum to show you a yes answer, then a no answer, then I don't know, and finally I don't want to say. Always wait for a strong, clear response before moving to the next question. Whether you ask aloud or mentally makes no difference — the subconscious responds to both equally.

The I don't know response indicates the answer may lie in a deeper or higher aspect of your awareness. The I don't want to say response suggests you have touched on something your subconscious is not yet ready to reveal — a gentle invitation to approach from a different angle.

With practice, your pendulum becomes an extraordinary tool for understanding your inner world, supporting your wellbeing, and navigating life with greater grace and clarity.

Using the Charts

Once your yes and no responses are established, hold your pendulum over the relevant chart. Name the food, supplement, essence, or emotional state in question — or allow the pendulum to move freely to indicate underlying states causing disharmony within you or your client. Begin with a gentle circular swing and allow the pendulum to naturally draw toward the relevant section of the chart. Always double-check significant responses using your yes and no confirmation.
