About the Pendulum: A pendulum works through the parasympathetic nervous system — the same subtle muscular responses that govern involuntary functions such as breathing and digestion. Getting Started — Programming Your Pendulum: Hold the chain approximately 8–10cm from the crystal with your elbow resting on a table. Deliberately introduce four directions of movement — back and forth, side to side, clockwise and counterclockwise. Then ask your pendulum to show you a "yes" response, followed by "no", "I don't know" and "I don't want to say." Always wait for a strong, clear movement before proceeding. Your four responses will remain consistent each time you use it.
