How to Use Your Gem Essences

Succuss (shake) the bottle gently to activate the essence and warm between the fingers. Apply directly to the temples, pulse points, or acupuncture points — pressing, smoothing, or passing through the aura as you would a fine perfume. Used in this way, the essence works directly within the vibrational field, producing swift and often remarkable results.

Additional applications include adding to an oil burner, misting over clothing or furnishings, adding to a bath, massaging into the skin with a carrier oil, or for animals — rubbing gently through the coat.

May be used at stock strength or as a dilution — 7 drops in 25ml of purified water. Use dilutions within 3–6 weeks.
